The Executive Board of the WACT serves at the overseeing party, and serves as the leadership of the Orginization. The Executive Board is comprised of five members with different responsibilities and duties. Any full member in good standing may serve in certian positions on the Exective Board.

Below is a brief discription of what each positions duties are within the orginization.
President:
The President is the chairman and head Executive Officer of the Executive Board. The President is responsible for controlling order at the meeting and facilitating meeting functions. The President is charged with appointing officers, and is the judge for items not covered by our constitution and bylaws.
Vice President of Operations
The Vice-President of Operations (VPO) first duty is to assume the responsibilities of the presidency when the president is unable to carry out said duties. The VPO coordinates any committees and or boards that are established by the Executive Board. The VPO supervises all organization events and oversees operations of organization functions. The VPO handles personnel issues and member entrance procedures.
Vice President of Public Relations
The Vice President of Public Relations (VPR) is responsible for the organizations public image. This person can also assume the duties and responsibilities of the President or VPO if they become unable to carry out their responsibilities. The VPR is in charge of the chapter website, Facebook and any other social media the chapter participates in.
Cheif Financial Officer
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) manages all funds coming and going from WACT. The CFO is in charge of monitoring and recording the organizations income and expenditures, and may disperse funds to pay said expenditures accrued by the WACT. The CFO is in charge of keeping accurate records of all income and expenses, Tax documents and any other items pertaining directly to the financial situation of the WACT.
Secretary:
The Secretary is directly responsible for making and storing organization records. Bylaws, Constitution, Meeting Minutes, Rules and Regulations, Membership List, Committee and Board Appointments, reports other than financial, and correspondence are kept by this person. This person is responsible for calling roll at the meetings and keeping track of attendance.
